1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MobMistri's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

MobMistri sells premium refurbished electronic devices. All products are:

• Thoroughly inspected and tested
• Graded based on cosmetic condition
• Covered by a 6-month warranty
• Subject to availability

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment is processed securely through PhonePe.

4. Reservation System

A ₹1,000 reservation fee holds a device for 48 hours. This amount is adjustable against the final payment or refundable if you choose not to proceed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all serviceable locations in India. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for valid reasons. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. See our Returns Policy for details.

7. Warranty

All devices come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water damage, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

8. Limitation of Liability

MobMistri's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
